User Responsibilities

By utilizing CoreSupport VA's services, the client agrees to provide accurate information and necessary resources for effective collaboration. The client must communicate any changes in requirements promptly to ensure the utmost efficiency and support.

Service Limitations

CoreSupport VA provides virtual assistant services solely for administrative and supportive tasks. We are not liable for decisions made based on the information provided by virtual assistants or any client-related outcomes. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the tasks assigned do not contravene any laws or regulations. Changes in service availability and response times may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, holiday schedules, and employee availability. We recommend clients maintain continuous communication with their assigned virtual assistant.

Dispute Resolution Process

In case of a dispute, clients should contact CoreSupport VA directly to discuss concerns. We aim to resolve issues amicably and professionally. Any unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as deemed appropriate by both parties, adhering to applicable laws.
